Tuition

YOEC tuition is $435 for 2011-2012, with a $40 sibling discount applied to the second tuition. It is due in full by July 15 (add $50 after 7/15), unless other arrangements are made with the administrator. Tuition is non-refundable after the first two rehearsals of the year.

You may pay tuition two ways:

1) Pay by check made out to YOEC, PO Box 1409, Maplewood, NJ 07040 YOEC Tuition Form 2011-2012

2) Via Paypal through the Charms website (click on the link) https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/plogin.asp. Instructions for using Charms have been emailed to all accepted musicians. If you do not know your access code, please contact the administrator at admin@yoec.org

Scholarships

YOEC offers limited scholarships based on financial need and the instrumentation needs of the orchestras. All scholarship applicants must meet the audition requirements. Scholarships applications are due in our Maplewood Post Office box by June 10, 2011 or scanned and emailed to admin@yoec.org.
