Our conductors have years of experience at the highest levels of performing and teaching, including the Metropolitan Opera, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, American Association of String Teachers, Montclair State University,  Seton Hall University and New Jersey public schools.

YOEC’s instrumental coaches help the regular conductors three times a semester by breaking up the orchestras into small instrument groups for more focused coaching sessions.
